Stephen Sansing
Head Coach
Head Coach Stephen Sansing has been the Warriors' Head Volleyball coach since 2016. Prior to coming to NCHS, he coached for 12 years at Rockdale County High School and has amassed over 500 wins during his volleyball coaching career. Coach Sansing got his teaching degree from Mississippi State University and has been a math teacher at North Cobb High School since 2016. When he's not in the classroom Coach Sansing can be found coaching travel volleyball and spending time with his fiance, Jeannie, and his family.
Kai Riner
Assistant Coach
Coach Kai has over 12 years of volleyball experience and has been creating summer workouts and serving as a community coach for the Lady Warriors since 2019. He also served as an assistant coach for a club travel volleyball team in 2019.
Coach Kai has an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from Manhattan University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University. He is a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at an Atlanta hospital.
When he’s not coaching or working, he enjoys spending time in the gym working out, traveling and spending time with family, including his fur-kid, Ami.
Jeannie Newton-Riner
Assistant Coach
Coach Jeannie has been an assistant community coach with the Lady Warriors since 2022. Prior to this, she also served as an assistant coach for the middle school feeder teams. Prior to serving as an assistance coach, Coach Jeannie was an avid volleyball mom for over a decade to her player who competed in school, club, and finished a D1 volleyball career in New York in 2021.
Coach Jeannie serves as faculty at several universities teaching allied health, healthcare administration, and health policy courses. She has served as a respiratory therapist and paramedic in GA for over 30 years.
When she’s not in the classroom, Coach Jeannie enjoys spending time with her family and granddaughter, as well as coaching travel volleyball.
